Alumni JDEAS organises regular events for its members not only in Graz but also in the other participating universities. It also acts as a platform for exchanging information useful to JDEAS students and graduates.

As a recent graduate of the Joint Degree in English and American Studies, networking with fellow students and alumni has always been a priority for me—even before I stepped into this role. Because our program is so international and involves moving across borders, staying connected is about more than just professional ties; it’s about building a genuine support system. Whether it’s navigating a new city or just having a friendly face to talk to, being part of this community makes the transition of living abroad so much easier. I truly believe that while we’re here for the academics, it’s the people we meet that make the experience what it is!
