Section Digital Humanities

Since the 2017/18 academic year, students at the University of Graz have been able to start a master's program in "Digital Humanities", the first location in Austria to do so. In this program, students acquire not only theoretical and methodological basic knowledge, but also practical experience in the scientific application of modern IT technologies and digital methods to research questions in the humanities.

The founding of the Digital Humanities Section highlights the special nature of this important course offering. The Section Digital Humanities invites all graduates and friends to stay in contact with them and the lecturers.
