In 2008, thanks to the Austrian Agency for International Cooperation in Education and Research, I pursued doctoral studies at the Department of Chemistry, University of Graz, and was honored with the Bertha von Suttner scholarship. Besides the professional knowledge and the learning culture, the university gave me an attitude that learning and working can also be fun. From the first day, I felt very welcomed and pleased to be there. At the Department of Chemistry, I found reliable colleagues and a build in community. Moreover, I found a great venue for making lifetime friends. I am certainly a very proud UNI Graz Alumni."
