Markus Tomaschitz has been head of HR at AVL List GmbH for around 10 years, and since 2021 he has also been the Group spokesman for the traditional Styrian company. We talked to the HR professional about a changing job market, his most important lessons from his business studies and dos and don'ts in job interviews.
