Barbara Hey has been working at the Coordination Office for Gender Studies and Equality at the University of Graz for around thirty years, two decades of which as director. What the Coordination Office does in concrete terms, how she has experienced the development over the past 30 years and where she personally still sees the biggest construction site in terms of equality, is what we talked about with the political scientist in the current Alumni Portrait.
