At the University of Graz, Fritz Treiber combines delicious culinary delights with scientific delicacies in the Taste Lab. On ORF's "Studio 2," the micro- and molecular biologist regularly appears in front of the camera with interesting facts about nutrition. In the current alumni portrait, the expert reveals which foods are particular climate sinners and why it's not so bad from a health perspective that we can't currently consume Adventstandl mulled wine.
