Barbara Weitgruber
In her role, she is one of Austria's top civil servants: Barbara Weitgruber is Director General at the Federal Ministry of Education, Science and Research. Her career began with pioneering work at the University of Graz. The American studies graduate was not only the first employee, but later also the head of the International Relations Office.
